A message from our CEO
BUILT TO BE USED.
Beyond the build, all the way to real use in the business.
I have worked in product development for many years. Design it, build it, release it, then watch the numbers and fix it. Out in the field, I learned that the job doesn't end until the product has been improved after it's built. I wanted to create a team that stays involved in the business after development is done. That's why I founded FORTICO.
Being able to build fast and being able to build something that works as a business are two different things. Even with AI, someone still has to think about which features are needed and whether the thing can actually be run. I believe that's what development experience is for: making those calls.
We fix our own products as we use them ourselves, and we work the same way on client projects. From deciding what to build to improving it after launch, I want to keep doing hands-on work.
