FORTICO was founded so that engineers and designers could put the skills they've honed to work in real businesses.
We team up with companies in any industry and take on everything from product planning and development to customer acquisition and improvement after launch. Each member brings their own technical strengths and industry knowledge, and works as the tech lead in their area.

Our own products
Products we plan, build and run ourselves, such as KONTE, an AI tool for video production. We use them ourselves and keep improving them.

CO-DEVELOPMENT
Co-developed products
Products we build and operate together with partner companies, including a booking system for medical institutions and a database-driven web media site for finding clinics.

CLIENT WORK
Contract development, marketing and production
Product development for clients, AI-powered features, ad operations, and web and video production. The work draws on a wide range of technology, from development on top of existing systems' APIs to landing pages and ad operations.

How we work

Mostly fully remote
We mainly work fully remote. Members who want to can also work from our office in Nishi-Shinjuku.

Core hours
We work with core hours. Outside them, each person decides how to run their own work.
SLACK / NOTION
Slack and Notion
We communicate on Slack and manage project tasks in Notion.
STACK BY PEOPLE
Tech chosen with the people on it
Our main stack includes Next.js, TypeScript and Laravel. We choose it to fit the skills of the members working on each project.
